I'm just taking a break right now as my sister and her boyfriend are coming here tomorrow for the week. Well, I think he's only staying a couple days, as he has to work. So we have a finished basement that the previous owner rented out as an apartment. I'm glad to have that as this house is small so my family stays down there when they visit. But I have to do a super cleaning and fix everything up so it's nice for them. So I'll be down there for awhile. Just stopped to have some lunch.

Awww, poor kitty. That would be painful. Cats are pretty stoic though and can be pretty resilient as well, so she could very well recover with your help. I remember your rib flare was giving you quite a bit of trouble a while ago. So glad you're doing better with that. I have some arthritis in my lower back (probably from an injury) but it's been doing a lot better and that's why I stopped doing the yoga. Pure sloth lol.

Oh I was just reading through the comments again and am sorry to hear that your cat has been injured, Matt. Can they do anything to help?

I'm glad to hear your ribs are doing better. Have you ever tried yoga, Matt? Lost of stretching in that for sure, and some people swear by it. My brother is tall and like many tall people, had a lot of back problems. He started doing yoga a few years ago and it's helped him a lot. I had some back problems too and was doing yoga for awhile - even bought a mat, blocks etc. But when I started to feel better, I let it lapse. My bad. I should take it up again.
