Your browser saves images so it doesn't need to redownload them everytime you visit a page. So if the website changes that image, the browser still uses the old copy it made.
Either view your profile with another browser or google search "Clear image cache *your browser*".

Either it's over 500KB or you just have to clear your cache.

Does it happen with any title? Try using something different.
If it still doesn't work, tell me the title and I'll create the playlist for you.
