I've been thinking for a while of having some alternatives to YouTube where I upload as well. There's some awesome content there, but I hate how the site's managed, it's getting worse, and it needs competition.

I make a random mix of videos which include Let's Plays (especially Touhou), shitposts, music, and some misc. stuff.
